Payment
All payments are made securely through either Stripe or PayPal. When goods are paid for at the checkout, the payment is made directly to either Stripe or PayPal – they alone have your credit/debit card details. A PayPal account is not required to use PayPal. You simply input your credit/debit card details into the secure PayPal site. Stripe and PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.
Booking
The full cost for workshops is required at time of booking to secure your place with the exception of Kids Camps where 50% is payable at booking. You can pay online or in person at as long as there are places left, workshop bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the workshop commencing. Please attend on time to all workshops.
Workshop cancellations by you
We try our best to price our workshops as fairly as possible to offer good value for money, we therefore have to have a clear cancellation policy to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop.
We urge you to carefully check your diary to ensure that you are available to attend any workshops you are booking with us.
If circumstances change, or something pops up and you are unable to attend please note that workshops are non-refundable. In our efforts to be fair to customers and appreciating that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise we do our best to be accommodating. If we receive adequate notice and can transfer your booking to another date for you we are happy to do so. Adequate notice must be at least 10 days in advance of workshop date. At all times please do get in touch with us.
Workshop cancellations by us
If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, government restrictions etc.) or if there are insufficient numbers. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. Any deposits paid will be refunded or a transfer another available workshop on a different date. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Shipping on all our products is free and we endeavour to have all purchases dispatched within 2 working days. We use An Post for all our items and on occasion there may be delays to their services.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your ordered goods, we ask that you do this as soon as possible within the 14 days.
Returns must be posted
If you are returning a product please state the reason for your decision. If you could notify us by email sales@craftsofireland.ie, in advance of sending your return parcel that would be very helpful to us.
Please note that all returned item(s) must be unworn, unused and with tags attached in the same manner they were when they left the shop. Items that have a strong odour of perfume/washing powder or other odours will not be considered in a ‘refundable’ condition.
Please ensure to pack your product(s) carefully to ensure nothing gets damaged in transit (the good(s) are your responsibility until they reach us).
We shall reimburse you within 14 days from the day on which we receive back the goods.
On inspection of the goods if we find that you have not returned the items in the condition they were upon leaving the shop, you will be liable for the value of the goods. In such circumstances, we may not refund the amount and the goods will be returned to you.
All Goods will be Inspected on Return
Please note that you are required to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Proof of Postage
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to our returns section, you should use a tracking service. You are liable for the full cost of return postage
